We deliver across all seven Emirates. Standard delivery is AED 40 for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah city centres.
For locations outside main city centres and hard-to-reach areas, delivery is calculated by exact location. We will confirm the final cost by WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders over AED 300 qualify for free standard delivery across the UAE. Remote-area surcharges still apply if the location falls outside our standard coverage.
Orders are packed within 1 business day and delivered within 1–2 business days for city-centre addresses. Remote areas may take an extra 1–2 days.

Jars are sealed, cushioned and packed in chilled packaging for safe travel. Our ferments are shelf-stable, but we recommend refrigerating after opening.
